I know, I know, we’re biased. But we’ve got a bit of history here. The Kollective team first met over a decade ago. Colleagues turned besties, we’ve all cruised on our own paths until (as fate would have it) we were the perfect bunch to make this happen.

Meet the pioneer of the Playground. She’s a go-getter gal who never stops dreaming big - and in a nutshell, that’s the story of Kollective Playground. With a brain that’s always brewin’ up something, Rachelle’s specialty is turning your big ideas into reality.

Mumma to two rad little dudes, inspo to her team, and wizard to her clients, this hot chip fiend loves to hang out with any combo of beers, mojitos, sunshine, buddies and beats. Specifically hip hop. Specifically from the 90s & 2000s (best decades, don’t fight us on it).

Dabbling in all areas of podcast production and using her creative and ideas-brewing brain to specialise in big-picture strategies, marketing and coaching. Turning ideas and possibilities into reality.

Ally is our resident Wordsmith and the human equivalent of a cob loaf - loves to be at a picnic, full of cheese & best shared with friends (and a cold beer or two).

Ally is a lover of all things media and storytelling, and is always up for a beverage-fuelled debate about the best flavour of potato chip. She loves sun, sand, surf & sofa in equal measures, and is great at keeping a fresh rotation of pot plants in the home office (we don’t talk about what happened to the old ones).

With a degree in psychology and a bottomless-brunch appetite for wordplay, Ally’s love and finesse for words, and nothing-off-limits humour was an obvious choice for the growing Kollective crew.
